1. Products and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Standard prices are 10% off MRP. At checkout, we automatically check both email and mobile against previous fully paid Zoho Books orders. Eligible repeat customers receive 15% off MRP at checkout, replacing the standard 10%; delivery eligibility uses the final discounted subtotal. Use the same email and mobile as your previous order, or contact us for help if your details have changed. Packaging may differ from website images. Check the actual label for ingredients, storage, best-before dates and suitability. Only products specifically labelled organic are offered as organic. Stock is checked before checkout; adding products to a bag does not reserve them. Delivery remains We strive to deliver across India. If we’re unable to deliver your order, we’ll refund the full amount paid, including shipping, to your original payment method..
2. How ordering works
Domestic retail customers sign in, select a delivery address and review stock, discounts, shipping and total payable before continuing to secure Zoho Payments. Any final rounding is shown before payment. An order reference, AI response, screenshot or opened payment app is not proof of payment. Server-verified successful Zoho Payments payment automatically confirms the order, creates the paid invoice and triggers customer and dispatch-team emails. Bulk and international orders use an agreed quotation. Keep your order and transaction references.
3. Prepaid online payment
Domestic website checkout uses Zoho Payments. Choose UPI or a debit/credit card on its secure payment page. Payment confirmation is automatic after the provider verifies success. If payment is pending or debited without confirmation, check the same order and contact support; do not pay twice. Cash on delivery is not available. Never share a UPI PIN, OTP or banking password with our team or Coco.
4. Delivery offers
Free shipping across India on orders of ₹299 or more. Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹299. Eligibility is calculated on your order value after all discounts. We strive to deliver across India. If we’re unable to deliver your order, we’ll refund the full amount paid, including shipping, to your original payment method. International shipping is quoted separately.
Returns and refunds
Request product returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the amount paid for returned products, including applicable product taxes after discounts. No restocking fee. 6. Coco and website use
Coco is an automated AI shopping assistant and may make mistakes. Its checkout tools check stock and create retail orders using the website’s secure ordering service. Coco cannot verify bank payments or provide medical advice. Final prices appear in checkout and the exact payable amount is shown before UPI payment. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent requests or interfere with its operation. Website text, logos and imagery belong to their respective owners and may not be reused without permission.
7. Applicable terms
Indian law applies. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other jurisdiction available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be dated and posted on this page.
Checkout requires an email-verified customer account and complete delivery address. Get ₹99 off your first order on a discounted product subtotal of ₹499 or more. Once per customer and mobile number. The minimum is measured after product discounts, before the welcome offer and shipping. Excludes repeat-customer pricing. The offer is reserved to one eligible submitted order and cannot be used on multiple pending orders. Previously paid customers are ineligible. Orders below ₹499 after product discounts do not receive the welcome offer and do not consume it. Shipping is ₹99 when the subtotal after all discounts is below ₹299 and free at ₹299 or more. For a cancelled or corrected first order, contact our team before submitting a replacement so eligibility can be reviewed. UPI app availability depends on your device, browser and installed apps; the secure Zoho Payments page offers its available payment options.
PINCODE off · automatic delivery-address offers
When an active campaign applies, PINCODE off is added automatically at checkout and shown in your bill. The standard offer is ₹50 off a discounted product subtotal of ₹499 or more, measured after the standard or repeat product discount and before welcome/PINCODE offers. Delivery addresses outside Tamil Nadu and Karnataka may qualify; some campaigns can be limited to specific delivery PIN codes. Once per customer and mobile number per campaign. The highest eligible PINCODE offer applies and can combine with an eligible ₹99 welcome offer. Some product, quantity and combined-offer baskets are excluded; eligibility is checked automatically before the coupon is applied. Campaigns may be scheduled, changed or paused; your final checkout confirms eligibility. Existing placed orders keep their agreed offers. Free shipping starts at ₹299 after all discounts; otherwise shipping is ₹99.
Customer referral credit
Customers with a verified paid purchase can share their account referral code. The referrer earns ₹50 store credit after a new customer’s first qualifying domestic retail order is paid, confirmed delivered and completes a 30-day validation period. Payment and invoice records are checked again before granting credit. Self-referrals, duplicate customer or mobile claims, tests, cancelled or refunded orders and orders credited to an affiliate are excluded. A valid affiliate attribution takes priority.
One ₹50 credit may be applied automatically to a future eligible retail order with a product subtotal of ₹499 or more after other offers. Redemption depends on the basket meeting the contribution safeguard; unavailable product costs or a negative estimated contribution leave the credit saved for another basket. Shipping is calculated after all discounts and credit: ₹99 below ₹299; free at ₹299 or more. Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. A credit reserved against an unpaid order cannot be reused simultaneously. Contact sales@adobhaagro.com if an abandoned order or refund requires a credit review. Feature availability can be paused without deleting accrued credit.
Customer reviews and availability alerts
Reviews require a verified paid purchase of the reviewed product. Honest critical reviews are welcome. We moderate for relevance, privacy, spam and abuse, and show a reason when a review is rejected. Publish only content and photos you have the right to share. Stock alerts are optional one-time emails, expire after 90 days if unfulfilled and do not reserve a product or guarantee future availability.
