Shipping across India
Free shipping across India on orders of ₹299 or more. Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹299. Eligibility is calculated on your order value after all discounts. We strive to deliver across India. If we’re unable to deliver your order, we’ll refund the full amount paid, including shipping, to your original payment method. International shipping is quoted separately.
When your order is dispatched
Orders confirmed before 12 noon IST are normally dispatched the same working day; handling takes 0–1 working days, Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Estimated transit after dispatch is 1–3 working days within Chennai and 3–10 working days elsewhere in India. Sundays and public holidays are excluded; estimates may vary with carrier service and destination.

How to order within India

- Sign in and select your saved delivery address.
- Review live stock, your eligible discounts and the final shipping-inclusive total.
- Continue to secure Zoho Payments and choose UPI or a debit/credit card.
- After Zoho Payments verifies success, your order is confirmed automatically, your paid invoice is emailed and our team is notified to prepare dispatch. Keep your order and transaction references.

PINCODE off · automatic delivery-address offers
When an active campaign applies, PINCODE off is added automatically at checkout and shown in your bill. The standard offer is ₹50 off a discounted product subtotal of ₹499 or more, measured after the standard or repeat product discount and before welcome/PINCODE offers.
